Operation

The cyclone pre-separator works to pre-separate coarse waste and long fibres coming from process machines.
The tangential input is directed towards the filtration basket placed in the centre and allows air and material to be sent inside it.
The material is withheld by the basket mesh (or filtering medium) and extracted by a pneumatic intake towards the compacting system to reduce its volume and therefore facilitate dismantling.
The filtered air passes to the subsequent filtration phases or returns to the production line.
A specific measurement system keeps the system under control, constantly checking load losses.
