Operation
The automatic filtration system allows separation and filtration of airborne solid particles.
The air flow passes from outside the filter inwards.
By doing so, the dust deposits on the membrane and is extracted from the cleaning openings (placed in negative pressure) using a dedicated fan which is then discharged inside a filter (Jet Filter) or any other material recovery system.
The drum is then rotated by a gearmotor with variable rotations which, directly connected to the moving cleaning system, allows synchronised operation of the machine.
Pre-filters can be installed upstream of the system. Downstream it is instead possible to create static systems or specific self-cleaning components.
Main parts
- Support drum for filtering membrane in galvanised perforated stainless steel, rotating on a central axis using bearing supports.
- Friction rotation system activated by a gearmotor and rubberised wheel
- Drum sealing gaskets in felt with pressure straps.
- Extraction filter regeneration system with activated moving openings synchronised by drum rotation with belts and transmission.
- Extraction guaranteed by a fan to transport the dust and separation and recovery system.
- Differential pressure control system of the filter
