The Flat Pre-Filter is composed of a support disc for coarse filtering media. The disc is placed in rotation using a gearmotor with inverter.
By doing so, the material to recover is brought near the cleaning operations which, through high negative pressure, convey the material towards the unloading point requested by the client for recovery or, alternatively, towards a compactor that facilitates the next operations. The negative pressure near each opening is maintained using a fan dimensioned for the specific application.
Canalair’s Flat Pre-Filter is equipped with a control system that can be perfectly integrated with others. A user-friendly electric box allows management of the machine in an easy and safe manner.
