Textile Industry

Main Benefits:
- Provide exactly controlled re. humidity
- Remove heat from production room
- Remove dust and fibers from production machines
- Handling of waste from filtration system
- Keep workers save from harmful dust concentration
- Energy saving design
Process:
Combing, Dyeing, Spinning, Twisting, Weaving, Finishing, Carding, Hosiery Plants, Cotton Mills
The filtration and conditioning system is designed considering the entire production line consisting of: Opening, Mixing, Preparation, Carding, Rowing, Spinning, Open-End, Winding.
The project was born from the union of flexibility and customization needs. The plants can be installed both inside and outside. The various processing steps provide for different thermo-hygrometric conditions. Therefore, the dimensioning relative to the air flows is calibrated in the supply / return phase so that it can control the volumes of air for each zone.
The production process involves considerable volumes of technological air, that is, air used by machines for their operation. The designer therefore plans to reuse this energy completely, thus bringing considerable economic and energy savings for the end user.
The Canalair module includes several steps including pre-filtration, filtration and microfiltration.
The plant is controlled and managed by electronic probes, connected online to the air treatment system. The speed of reading and transmission to the control system allows to maintain set points of humidity and temperature set, minimizing the risks of “oscillation / pendulum”.
