Textiles Rexcycling EXPO is back in Brussels!
This innovative exhibition is the first of its kind and focuses specifically on solving the problem of textile waste, including recycling of textiles, clothing, footwear, fibres and non-woven fabrics.
Textiles Recycling EXPO is an international showcase for the latest sorting, shredding and recycling technologies, as well as for pioneering textile recycling companies and fibres producers using reclaimed materials.
Tons of textile waste are produced every year, only a small part of which is actually recycled: this accumulation of materials not only takes up space, but also contributes to environmental pollution and the waste of natural resources.
Tissue recycling reduces raw material use, harmful emissions and environmental pollution. It also promotes the creation of new jobs in the collection, selection and processing phases of materials, stimulating technological innovation and promoting sustainability in the textile sector.
