The multifaceted nature of these machines has allowed us to implement the most wide-ranging applications over time.
Standard AHU use is to condition more or less ample environments, with different thermo-hygrometric guarantees according to the target sector (also due to the diffusion systems designed ad hoc).
In addition to large machines that can be installed on site, Canalair has also developed central suspended units, complete with filtration which can be placed both inside and outside.
Faced with particular production situations, such as polymerisation and cross-linkage processes, Canalair created curing booths specifically developed to enable thermo-hygrometric levels to be reached which are recommended and adequate for a set period of time and independent of other existing processes.
Another solution planned over the years by Canalair is the humidity recovery chamber designed to maintain a correct and stable level of humidity in the vicinity of the products placed inside it and to ensure the correct thermal insulation between a location with ambient temperature and humidity and a particular confined area that must have specific thermo-hygrometric conditions (in this case, 95/98% humidity, close to saturation) both at high and low temperatures.
Last but not least of the possible solutions, Canalair has developed several quenching units. This application has the objective of suddenly cooling an air flow to introduce it in the production line where necessary for the application.
The quenching unit extracts the air from the environment and brings it to the thermo-hygrometric conditions required thanks to use of the cooling/heating battery, the saturated humidifiers or evaporators and the post heating/cooling battery
