Strengths and Characteristics
- Less pollution on the end product and resulting reduction in management costs of the subsequent phases
- Less pollution in production premises
- Increased efficiency
- Adjustable openings to adapt capacity to the extracted product, the processing speed and tensioning
- Customisable dimensions up to 5,000 mm working height
- 20-30% air flow rate less compared to conventional systems
- Preparation for automatic operation with laser position scanner
Operation
The particular formation of the openings allows extraction of unwanted dust and contaminants.
The fan, which is appropriately dimensioned based on operation of the openings, extracts the air and dust, sending it to the filtration and separation system to assess further recovery of the material.
The extracted and purified air can be sent towards a conditioning system or re-introduced in the atmosphere.
Main parts
The Dual Blade system is composed of:
- An appropriately dimensioned extractor
- Special extraction openings
- Filtration to reduce the extracted dust
Intended applications and sectors
- Production lines with presence of knives/counter-knives
- Where there is formation of dust, fibrils and short fibres
- Extraction-cleaning of formation mat
- Extraction-cleaning web of dust and surface fibres
