Compact is a modular system composed of specific components: pre-filtration, filtration, micro-filtration with use of high efficiency packet filters, extraction primary ventilation, waste and fibre recovery systems, waste and dust recovery/compacting systems.
Material unloaded from the production process is captured through a tubing network and enters Compact: it crosses a first pre-filtration section (cyclone or rotary disc) blocking most of the material which is in turn unloaded via the fibre compactor.
The second filtration stage includes a self-cleaning, automatic filter, which blocks the smallest dusty particles and expels them through secondary ventilation which can feed a cyclone or a jet filter or a dust bagger. Lastly, the main ventilator channels the air flow through a static filtering wall that stops the solid micronic and sub-micronic particles still present.
